The hotel is conveniently located close to key attractions. the staff is friendly and helpful. the rooms are modern and well-kept with comfortable beds. the breakfast is delicious with a variety of options.
The rooms are a bit small and can feel cramped. the bathroom could use a deep clean to remove some mildew.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Vina del Mar for a business trip, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. the staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure that I felt like a valued guest throughout my stay. Secondly, the location was perfect. Situated on a high hill, the hotel offered stunning views of the surrounding area. It was also conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore the local restaurants and shops. Lastly, the rooms, specifically the "matrimonial" bedrooms, were cozy and comfortable, with a good-sized bed that provided a great night's sleep. The attention to detail in the room decor made me feel right at home.
All in all, I couldn't find a single fault with this hotel. Everything was just perfect.

Great location for exploring the city. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast had a few good options. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The noise level was ridiculous! , the room was much smaller than advertised and the view from the window was a wall.
